Make itInstructions

  1. Prepare the granola but leave out the egg white and craisins.

  2. Place parchment paper on a pizza stone or pan and press the granola into a thick circle, making sure to leave a crust with a little more granola. Bake per instructions in the granola post and remove to cool.

  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, yogurt, lemon zest and juice. Once the crust is cool, spread a layer over the entire pizza leaving the outer crust bare.

  4. Arrange the fruit and serve or gently lay saran wrap over the top and keep in the fridge up to 6 hours.
