Prepare the granola but leave out the egg white and craisins.

Place parchment paper on a pizza stone or pan and press the granola into a thick circle, making sure to leave a crust with a little more granola. Bake per instructions in the granola post and remove to cool.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, yogurt, lemon zest and juice. Once the crust is cool, spread a layer over the entire pizza leaving the outer crust bare.

Arrange the fruit and serve or gently lay saran wrap over the top and keep in the fridge up to 6 hours.
