Your Vitals — quick read
How to read this. Each vital pairs one of your real figures with an illustrative medical-analog value on that vital’s clinical scale, plus a band. The analog numbers (e.g. “126/87 mmHg”, “82% SpO₂”) are a labeling device for your data — not medical readings. Higher is worse for every vital except SpO₂ (emergency fund), where higher is better. A “—” means you haven’t entered the figures that vital needs yet — the card tells you what fills it in. Ratios use your monthly take-home income when available, otherwise an estimate from gross pay (flagged “est.”).
