Broccoli, Kale and Lentil Soup
This hearty green soup brings together broccoli, kale, and red lentils into a nourishing bowlful that feels both wholesome and deeply satisfying. The lentils naturally thicken the base while warm milk lends a gentle creaminess that sets it apart from your average vegetable soup. It's a wonderful make-ahead meal that reheats beautifully — ideal for busy weekday lunches or a low-effort weeknight dinner.
